What Are Holistic Wellness Consultations?

Holistic Wellness Consultations are a supportive space to explore your well-being outside of traditional therapy. These sessions draw from integrative practices — including Ayurveda, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, herbal wisdom, and spiritual alignment — to help you cultivate balance, resilience, and clarity in your everyday life.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we look at the whole picture of your lifestyle, energy, and patterns. Together, we create practical and personalized approaches that honor your unique needs while supporting growth and alignment.

About My Approach

As a Holistic Wellness Consultant, I weave together years of experience in holistic healthcare - including advanced training in Ayurveda and my background as a licensed therapist.

While these sessions are not psychotherapy, they benefit from the depth and clinical insight I’ve gained in my therapeutic work. Beyond the therapy room, my approach has also been shaped by my past roles:

Herbal Apprenticeship Working in my family naturopath’s apothecary during high school sparked my lifelong respect for plant medicine. This early foundation led me to become a certified herbalist and to integrate plant-based wisdom into wellness practices today.

Licensed Clinical Pharmacy Technician & Care Manager → In this role, I regularly advised patients on their lab work, medications, dietary and lifestyle protocols. I collaborated with patients to set goals, address challenges and improve their health outcomes. In many ways, it was the role of a health coach; helping people integrate practical strategies into daily life to improve long-term wellness.

All of these experiences come together in my consultations, offering you a space that is both deeply supportive and practically grounded.

The Flow Of Consultations

Consultations are designed with flexibility in mind. Unlike psychotherapy, which often carries a structured rhythm and certain obligations, consultations give you the freedom to engage as needed - whether that’s a single deep-dive session or ongoing support over time.

You set the pace. I’ll provide honest guidance if I see that more frequent work could benefit you, but there’s no pressure or expectation. These sessions are meant to adapt to your needs, your goals and your circumstances.
