From there, we explore what feels supportive, what no longer fits and how to create practices that reflect the life you want now.

As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), I bring together psychoeducation, intuitive guidance, and practical tools to help you explore physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. Sessions often include:

  • Reflection on early messages around health, food and spirituality

  • Lifestyle mapping across stress, rest, movement, nutrition and energetic hygiene

  • Introduction to Ayurveda and the dosha framework as a lens for self-understanding (not diagnosis)

  • Exploration of pineal gland health and body-mind alignment for clarity and intuition

  • Practices that strengthen self-trust and connection with your body’s natural rhythms
