My Approach

I’ve been practicing EMDR for over seven years. While I was trained in the traditional model, over time I’ve developed a more intuitive and holistic approach that integrates EMDR with other modalities I use.

What this means:​

Preparation matters. We’ll begin with resourcing, grounding skills and a deeper look at your history, so you feel supported before any processing begins.

Flexibility in the process. EMDR can bring up unexpected material - from long-forgotten memories, to surprising emotional connections. I create a safe, compassionate space for whatever arises.

Collaboration is key. You set the pace, together we decide what feels safe and appropriate to work on.
